KAPITOLYO KANTO FREESTYLE - THE FAMOUS BREAKFAST SPOT IN MANDALUYONG

With the office mates after shift we tried the famous breakfast place in Kapitolyo.

ordered  their Crispy Pork belly. hahaha really! for breakfast
served with garlic rice and onion leaves (uncut)

not recommended for people who have braces. :D

• masherap! (way of talking of people with braces for MASARAP - delicious)
• crispy and not that oily
• it is not hard as you think I just put some effort in eating my viand.
• typical fried pork belly.
• typical fried rice
• advise to eat them with tomato and onion leaf, for unique taste.

How to get to KANTO FREESTYLE :

Public Transpo:
from Boni, Mandaluyong:
ride a tricycle beside Robinsons Forum and ask to get you at Kanto Freestyle.

from Shaw Boulevard:
ride a jeep (it will not took you 30 minutes) going to Pasig and > tell the driver to drop you off at Kapitolyo > take San Rafael St. after the gate beside Petron. turn left on 1st Street.

among other like, Kanto Freestyle offers much affordable menu this is indeed a Great place to have breakfast with friends.

expect to wait especially weekend because most of the time people who eat here are in groups like us. it is just a small place.

you will be given a queue number. I can't speak for weekdays because I eat here when weekends only. :)

to avoid the hassle and for fast order, we gathered all our orders and give to the waiter instead.

Note that there's a 5% service charge on top of the prices.

Something unique and so worthy to try.

first time seeing this in Better Living, the Korean-Mexican fusion.
with my reaction of "huh?"

Let's try though.

with my friends we tried had our dinner here.

in all fairness, it was all worth it. money saver that you can recommend to neighbors.
the tastes are acceptable and nothing to worry.

ordered their bibimbap; the mixed Korean-Mexican justified.

Must try their bibimbap ang nachos, serving is not bad for the price. (y)

✓place : along Doña Soledad, in front of Petron

✓budget : 100 - 150 php

From the store name will surely classify them as not "the traditional" restos we see mostly in Better Living but acceptable in taste and budget.

I honestly say that El Pollo Loco wasn't my option whenever I visit SM Megamall,
you know. :)

My first Impression here was a so expensive diner/restaurant,
until

Sunday, January 25

What a great food here...
the place is along Doña Soledad here in Better Living but it wasn't that noticeable.

This happened when my friend decided to have his celebration since he got his 13th month pay. :D

The foods are not that pricey and we were satisfied!

He is the reason why I like korea!

Tuesday, January 20

Just to share.
Taco bell is one of the healthiest fast food I know.
I seldom eat here because I am not that conscious on what I eat.
What I mean is I am more on fried. :D

we availed their Grande Meal at Trinoma.

Believe it or not I am satisfied even we ate it with 3.

for P399.

This is what I get for always exploring things.

A budget meal but heaven. :)
for only P50 pesos you can have this King Wan Quarter pounder,
compared to fast food's Quarter pounders this is little better.

since It is located near UERM we tried it with friends.

The place is ok and how they do their burgers is in front of you so you know what you will going to eat.
haha

King Wan is located along Aurora blvd. in Quezon City.

Landmark: It is Between UERM School and CCP. besides mini stop.

This is the quarter pounder.
for P50 which is suit to my budget everyday I got a pure beef, big and delicious burger

A must try.

“If you want to risk go ahead!”

That what I said when I was asked where I want to eat at MOA way back 2013 (asking while pointing to Dennis the Grill Boy).

A 100 pesos is a huge budget for a meal for me, but you know what now,
I changed! :D

(do not worry I won’t tell how I changed, that would be very very long. :)))

I first tasted Dennis the Grill Boy sisig, liempo was months after I said that statement.
And you know what…. We ate again after a week. :)

Located at Mall of Asia, Pasay City where you can taste a very good Crispy Sisig and liempo with UNLI-RICE.

me while waiting for our orders
I feel what I pay here is worth paying for.

this is their sisig. you can choose if you want to mix the egg with the sisig or you want it this way.

mixed egg

This is their Lechon Kawali. I forgot if I took a picture or I deleted it. (sorry)
but believe me It's worth to try.

the grilled liempo
all are pork right. hahaha

how ironic..

The restaurant I'm afraid to try before is the one I am recommending today.

because I chose to TRY!

for only 100php to 150php  you already have unli- rice and iced-tea.

because
I chose RISK. :)))

-Walter Anderson

Do not missed without even trying thing.
